When is the conference?

The WiBN Leadership Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a reception from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. The exhibitor show will run concurrently. Exhibitors can tear down beginning at 4:30 
p.m. These times are subject to change.

Where is the conference?

The conference will be held in Dayton, Ohio, at the Dayton Convention Center 22 E. 5th St., Dayton, Ohio 45402.

Who attends the conference?

The WiBN Leadership Conference is the state’s premiere networking and educational experience designed for smart decision makers including young professionals, career women, C-Suite executives, business owners and entrepreneurs. The conference features recognized speakers, presenters and panelists who are leaders in business, manufacturing, finance, media, personal development and much more.

What are exhibitor hours?

Wednesday, September 20, 2017. You have the opportunity to expose your business and network among attendees during the entire time of the conference. There will be specific times throughout the day for attendees to visit your space. Tables must be disassembled no later than 5:30 p.m. and should not be dissembled earlier than 4:30 p.m.

When can I set-up?

Exhibitors will have access to the Dayton Convention Center beginning September 19, from 4-6 p.m. All exhibits must be installed and ready for show opening by 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19. Any tabletop not occupied by that time is subject to forfeiture with no refund.

What if I don't want to leave my valuables overnight?

If exhibitor does not want to leave valuables overnight, they may bring those on Wednesday, September 20, between 7-8 a.m. No display may be dismantled before 4:30 p.m. on September 20, 2017.

What will be available to me at the exhibit table?

Table and linen options are based on booth choice selection. Options could include a 6’ table with floor length linens and two chairs or high top tables. Electricity is available, but limited. So, register early.

May I sell products at my exhibit table?

Yes, exhibitors may sell products from the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. day of the conference.

May I do a promotional give-away for participants?

Yes, you may have promotional give-away, but only at the exhibit table, not at the luncheon tables.

May I request an exhibit table location?

Exhibitors are placed by sponsorship level first and then on the date applications are received. We are unable to accommodate specific booth location requests. Exhibitors will be notified of their booth number as soon as assignments are completed. If you will require special accommodation for medical reasons or a disability, please contact Melissa Cutcher at mcutcher@dayton.bbb.org.

I've registered for the event but now I can't go, can I get a refund?

No. Reservations are not refundable under any condition, with the exception of the event being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.

If I am unable to attend, can I send someone in my place?

Yes, they will have to give your name at registration.
