The WiBN Leadership Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a reception from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m. The exhibitor show will run concurrently. Exhibitors can tear down beginning at 4:30 p.m. These times are subject to change.
The conference will be held at the Sinclair Conference Center. The address is 444 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio, 45402.
The WiBN Leadership Conference is the state’s premiere networking and educational experience designed for smart decision makers including young professionals, career women, C-Suite executives, business owners and entrepreneurs. The conference features recognized speakers, presenters and panelists who are leaders in business, manufacturing, finance, media, personal development and much more.
Wednesday, September 25, 2019. You have the opportunity to expose your business and network among attendees during the entire time of the conference. There will be specific times throughout the day for attendees to visit your space. Tables must be disassembled no later than 5:30 p.m. and should not be dissembled earlier than 4:30 p.m.
Exhibitors will have access to the Sinclair Conference Center beginning September 24, 2019 from 4-6 p.m. All exhibits must be installed and ready for show opening by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 25. Any tabletop not occupied by that time is subject to forfeiture with no refund. Please note that security will be minimal at Sinclair so do not leave any valuables overnight.
If exhibitor does not want to leave valuables overnight, they may bring those on Wednesday, September 25 between 7-8 a.m. No display may be dismantled before 4:30 p.m. on September 25, 2019.
Exhibit tables are 6’ in length with floor length linens and two chairs. Electricity is available, but limited. So, register early.
Yes, exhibitors may sell products from the hours of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. day of the conference.
Yes, you may have promotional give-away, but only at the exhibit table, not at the luncheon tables.
Exhibitors are placed by sponsorship level first and then on the date applications are received. We are unable to accommodate specific booth location requests. Exhibitors will be notified of their booth number as soon as assignments are completed. If you will require special accommodation for medical reasons or a disability, please contact Melissa Cutcher at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No. Reservations are not refundable under any condition, with the exception of the event being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
