Kelly began her career in the IT consulting industry over 20 years ago. Having measured her professional success by developing trusted client relationships, forming authentic relationships and consistently delivering value, she considered another important measure of success. How can business be used as a force for good? This quest began in 2011 with the launch of Ingage Partners, which recently became an ESOP. The pursuit continued in 2016 with Thrive Impact Sourcing, now the Thrive Accelerator. For Kelly, success in business has been redefined. Both organizations focus on delivering tangible value to IT organizations while considering each organization’s impact in transforming lives and communities.
Ingage has been recognized as a Cincinnati Fast 55, one of the fastest-growing private companies, and a Best Places to Work every year since 2014. Ingage and Thrive have both received the honor of Best For the World, a high honor among Certified B Corps for companies out-performing businesses globally for their business and social impact. Kelly is a 2018 Women of the Year recipient by The Greater Cincinnati Foundation.
